Research Experience and Skills

· Controlled Drug Delivery System Based on Graphene and Upconversion Materials

The hybridization of graphene quantum dots and rare earth upconversion can achieve complementary advantages and significant synergy. Design the GQDs with regulatory, drug-loading, enhancement and targeting functions. Design the rare earth upconversion materials with functional spectrum, in situ oxygen production and photocatalysis. Establish a method for forming the GQDs-rare earth upconversion composite by coordination of the GQDs with rare earth ion, fluoride ion exchange and hydrothermal treatment.

· Early Diagnosis of Cancer Based on Multimodal Bio-imaging

Multimodal bio-imaging has attracted great attention for early and accurate diagnosis of tumors. Lanthanide-doped upconversion nanoparticles are attractive for biological sciences owing to their intense visible emission under near-infrared excitation, which is less harmful to biological samples and has greater sample penetration depths than conventional ultraviolet excitation.


· Accurate Detection of Drug Based on Electrochemical Sensor

The construction of three-dimensional graphene is the main way to utilize the excellent properties of graphene at the macroscopic scale. Graphene aerogel is one of the most important three-dimensional graphene materials, and has been widely used in the fields of sensing, energy storage, catalysis, biomedicine and so on. It is of great practical significance to carry out research on the preparation, functionalization and performance of high performance three-dimensional graphene materials.
